./bootstrap
./configure

make install
如果你需要注册为服务：
nano /etc/systemd/system/rinetd.service
填入下面的内容，其中/root/rinetd.conf改为你的配置文件的位置。

Description=Start rinetd on boot[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/local/sbin/rinetd -c /root/rinetd.conf[Install]
WantedBy=default.target
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl enable rinetd
sudo systemctl start rinetd
